MACAROON KISS COOKIES


1/3 CUP BUTTER


3 OZ. CREAM CHEESE

3/4 CUP SUGAR

1 EGG

2 TSP ALMOND EXTRACT (can omit)

2 TSP ORANGE JUICE

1 1/4 CUP FLOUR

2 TSP B. POWDER

1/4 TSP SALT

5 CUPS COCONUT

HERSHEY KISSES TO TOP

Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar.

Add egg, almond extract and OJ

Stir in the dry ingredients gradually

Stir in 3 cups coconut, Refrigerate 1 hour

Roll them into little balls, then roll in coconut to coat.

Bake 350 for 10- 12 minutes

Take them out and top with a kiss!!
